Excellent location near Times Square, with friendly staff and free WiFi. Spacious rooms with balcony and a vintage yet modern feel. Phenomenal service upon arrival, complete with a luxurious bathroom featuring a hidden TV in the mirrored wall. Quiet atmosphere ensured a good night's sleep. 👍

I had the most very nice stay at this hotel in the heart of Manhattan. I was greeted by the great staff who made me feel right at home. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to all the attractions in this bustling city. Being within walking distance of the theater district was a huge plus for me, as I was able to catch a show without any hassle.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making you feel welcomed and well taken care of. The in-house restaurant and bars provide an elegant and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying happy hour cocktails with live jazz. The hotel also goes the extra mile, offering little touches like providing umbrellas and giving interesting historical information about the hotel.

There may be some other aspects of the hotel that could use improvement.

This hotel is a perfect spot for those who want luxurious and exclusive amenities while still being centrally located. the spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi are stunning. I had a relaxing massage that met all my expectations. the room was spacious, high-end, and had exclusive advantages. the restaurant was elegant with special diet menus perfect for me. the bar/lounge area was welcoming with a variety of unique cocktails.

The hotel staff was friendly and always professional but the in-room breakfast was not what I expected. I missed having coffee in my room just like in other hotels I have stayed in the past.

The food prepared by renowned chef Geoffrey Zakarian was lovely. I highly recommend this hidden gem for its really good service, beautiful accommodations, and exquisite dining experience.

Seamless check-in process, with a warm welcome from the staff. Our room was spacious and clean, with nice amenities. We appreciated the helpful concierge service that were really nice too make our stay nice. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and excellent location.

The Chatwal in New York is a hidden gem in the theater district. Beautiful and well-appointed rooms, really good breakfast, and a perfect dinner spot on the mezzanine. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort. Conveniently located near Times Square, close to restaurants and shops. Luxurious and spacious rooms with amazing amenities. Highly recommended!

Didn't dislike anything about it.

During my xmas stay, I really liked the amenities offered by the hotel. They had a fantastic gym and spa, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The location of the hotel was also a major plus. It was right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and shopping areas. It made it really convenient for getting around and experiencing the city. the hotel had a beautiful rooftop terrace with fine views of the city skyline. It was a great spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

I was disappointed with the service provided by the staff. They seemed uninterested and not very helpful.

I recently stayed at a boutique hotel in the heart of midtown Manhattan. The location was perfect, as it was close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. The hotel had an intimate feel, thanks to its Art Deco interior. The rooms, although small , were beautifully decorated and had plenty of hidden closet space. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had a stunning walk-in shower and luxurious marble/tile finish. The bar service was excellent, and the food, although pricey, was well-prepared. my stay was enjoyable and I would definitely consider staying here again.
